Sonia Wogan Psychotherapy
COUPLES & INDIVIDUALS | PARENT INFANT | CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS & FAMILIES | EATING DISORDERS
At Sonia Wogan Psychotherapy, I support individuals, couples, families, and children through life’s major turning points - from seeing a parent with their baby, to helping someone with an eating disorder, or dealing with grief and loss - empowering them to thrive as their situations evolve.

My earliest memories are of trying to fathom what motivates people. As a result, I’ve consciously tried to understand myself and others through therapy and education. Now, I focus on helping clients make informed choices, gain greater agency and manage their emotions more effectively.
I have a useful perspective on cross cultural backgrounds, relationships and families.
